A book based on the exploration of vernacular typography in the Toronto neighborhood of Eglinton West, otherwise known as 'Little Jamaica.' This book is a companion piece for the Emblems and Gestures installation

The exploration was inspired by a passage from Italo Calvino's book Invisible Cities in which Marco Polo attempts to narrate his travels to distant lands using emblems and gestures.
